DDWC is a privately held Colorado Special Purpose Water Carrier Company serving the Smith Fork and Clear Fork Valleys in Delta County, Colorado near the town of Crawford.  DDWC water supply consists of one spring fed by a watershed located on the flanks of the Needle Rock Formation within the Gunnison National Forest. The spring is classified as groundwater by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
